About Me
As a collection management consultant in the field of cultural heritage I collaborate
with professionals and executives to maximise their impact within their organisation.
My strength lies in shaping and realising a vision for which I rely not only on my technical knowledge, but also extensive experience of staff management, and organisational insight. Whether navigating change or building capability, I bring transparency, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose to every project.
Above all, I offer clarity in complexity—combining a pragmatic mindset with solution-focused strategies.
I have a wealth of experience leading conservation and collection management departments with a wide range of collections at internationally renowned organisations – from archives and libraries to archaeology and contemporary art. Enjoying to take a lead and share my expertise, I have worked on boards and regularly contribute to international conferences and journals. I am driven by the desire to make positive changes to an organisation, the colleagues that work there, and the audiences we serve. What we do and how we do it should matter.
Having lived and worked in several different countries, my clients benefit not only from my international experience, but also from my large professional network.
All my services are offered in English, German and Dutch.
